From the small amount I have read about this situation, the city counsel leader needs to be very careful since demanding to see prescription medication from ANYONE is a violation of privacy laws in any place, timezone, county and state in the United States of America. If there are questions about possible illegal prescription filling practices of some pharmacy, that is not a matter for city, police, sheriff, city official or any private citizen, but Should be reported and action demanded for the federal FDA and DEA. It sure seems that those "local" folks are guilty of violations of personal rights that EVERYONE has in this country.
Just my thoughts if interested.
