Mayonaise Factory

My mother used to speak of a "mayonaise factory" being located along the New York Central yards, I believe between Cottage and Seymour Streets. Does anyone know the actual name of the company and when it was in business?

It was the Ivanhoe Mayonnaise factory. Then later it became the "Bargain Center"

I remember that building! I remember when the Bargain Center first opened there, probably around '59-'60. Never knew of the Ivanhoe plant. I have an 1885 City Map and it doesn't show it.
