Miami woman, 61, jailed after deputies chase, catch her with drugs

A Miami woman, 61, is in jail this morning after authorities said she drove in wrong-way traffic with a purse filled with cocaine and pills late Saturday.

I would hope that Garcia is also charged with driving the wrong way. That is the basis for reasonable suspicion and the felony traffic stop. Without that charge, the other charges could be thrown out of court. There should be blood drawn as well for analysis of DUI which is determined through toxicology testing.
