These guys should be in prison, getting it in the backside like they did to me, selling stolen, used, switched out junk while lying stealing and cheating the working man. Arrested and jail is their future. When will Newark Airport shut these crooks down? When will Newark police dept stop these guys? Too easy. Just too easy to prove these crooks are stealing our meager wages, and laughing about it. When ? Four years of constant complainants not enough? Newark ahhhh the home of the people who love to rip you off and give you the finger on the way out of town! Great for goodwill! Have you no pride? Arrest these guys and clean up you act and make Newark a place you can trust rather than a place you detest!!!!! UAL man.

just got ripped off by these guys. sold me noisehush nx80 headphone claiming it is a premium product for $117.
got home and found you can buy same on amazon for $18. dont mind brick and mortar stores charging extra, but this is an outright ripoff. they know you cannot be back to return once you take your flight.
newark airport shares this blame for allowing this to happen. one expects a certain level of ethics in such an environment. apparently you are no better off than purchasing stuff out of the boot of some shady crooks car at this airport.
way to go newark. keep the good name going.

My cellphone broke down and I had to buy a new one while we were on vacation and had still 3 weeks to go. Bought a new Samsung at Gadget Express on EWR and payed $375, when we came back to Europe I had to find out that I could have bought the cellphone for $165. So I overpayed $210. Another problem is that Samsung Europe does not give me any warranty over things bought in the USA. They claim that Samsung USA and Samsung Europe are two different businesses and so no warranty. My wifi is constantly disconnected after 5 minutes and as I already told; no warranty for that hardware problem. Can you image a multinationaal like Samsung divide their warranties. I hope you can read/understand my English.
