Newark giving cold shoulder to Turnaround for Children Inc.?

Turnaround for Children Inc. just three months ago said it was “launching a partnership” with Newark schools.
Turnaround’s advertisements for a social-media manager and a communications manager now say they are “exploring a partnership” with Newark schools.
Why the retrenching?
Could it be that Turnaround got cold feet as a result of its disastrous results in NYC and Washington, D.C.?
Meanwhile, back at the farm, Turnaround’s staff has now decided it’s so overworked dealing with our critiques it has created yet a third job.
Good things come in threes when you are throwing (other people’s) good money after bad.
The Social Media Marketing Manager – which is the third new job for which applicants are being sought – is responsible for developing and implementing “social and digital media strategy.”
This is the third communications position Turnaround for Children Inc. is advertising.
The hires will report to Kate Felsen, who is Turnaround’s overworked vice president for communications.
