When ever we see an article that inserts the word "could" or "should",it removes the credibility of the writer and the value of its content. The word "could" in any headline is positioned there and tries to get the readers attention that someone has a negative position on a positive story and wants to create controversy. Like all journalist we know it creates doubt and it enables the writer no to state the positive facts. The ambiguous word "could" justify's the articles broad thoughts and contents, and is able to grab the attention of readers that have doubt or are misinformed of the facts and creates negetivisim. We know this is great for selling print and bringing attention to the writer. So now, lets talk about truth and the facts. The reality of this long thought out process,is that in the end it will benefit every single resident and taxpayer in New Jersey. The substantial financial benefit and the intrinsic value to all party's concerned will be immeasurable. The total benefit and added security to every employee of the newly restructured Institution , will now be recognized internationlly and provide added security and value to their lives. In retrospect every resident of New Jersey, will look back at this as one of the most incredible restructing plans that were actually implimented through all the beaucracy, that trully was achieved to replace a outdated expensive system that was failing, not to mention the corruption that was discovered at the stand alone Medicle School. We have learned that it is far more economical to administer and oversight one large house with for individuals living in it, than four smaller homes with one individual living in each. The duplication and redundancies of goods and services disappear. Incredibly,As an added bonus the one large home now receives thirty percent more funding than the four individual homes combined. This is not a problem for Einstein to figure out. Our Governor knows were he is going..... Could,Would.Might,Maybe belong to the writer of mystery novels...
