Re- Suffield Academy student drowns: Legislation written in response to recent drowning deaths requires a lifeguard to be present in addition to a gym teacher, swim coach, or other supervisor for all school-sponsored swimming activities.
The information the school released is scanty and does not shield light into what happened.
What type of school sports activity was Iheanyichukwu involved? Was there a life guard around? Were there other students in the pool? did they school not have oxygen at the pool side? how long before ambulance arrived?
There are a lot of unanswered questions
