Energy Star Change a Light Bus Tour and Change a Light Day

The ENERGY STAR Change a Light Bus Tour stops in Maplewood, NJ on Thursday October 18 at the Maplewood Train Station, where there will be an interactive educational display about energy efficient lighting. The New Jersey BPU and Clean Energy Program will also sponsor a pledge drive at the station to encourage residents to switch from standard bulbs to ENERGY STAR compact fluorescents from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. A press conference at 10:30 a.m. will feature comments from NJBPU President Jeanne Fox, Maplewood Mayor Fred Profeta, NJ Director of Energy Savings John Rhodes and Wendy Reed, EPA's ENERGY STAR Change a Light Campaign Manager.
