There were 8 stores in the St. Louis area with 18 employees.

The health insurance was since paid up but as of October 1, employees had none.

The quote 3 paragraphs down is from our lawyer Jason Bristol.

Business was good through the end of last year. They overspent on payroll though. And they stopped advertising and regular product shipments in January. We were told that ads would stop due to readership in newspapers being down, but traffic dropped dramatically, throwing that excuse right back at them. For 6 months, the in stock issue was blamed on vendors, but after a little research we learned that they were being sued by vendors for not paying them.

It was a good concept, but executed horribly.

Ok first to "Let them Eat Cake" if your psychic then why didn't you tell us this was going to happen, I mean you DID predict this and you did nothing!!! Are you not aware that “With great power comes great responsibility!”

Now to the facts, the concept was excellent, the execution was PITIFUL! And that was the problem. My store in Ohio did a great business when we had product, pulling in between $900 to $1,500 a day when fully stocked with the ink and paper that our customers wanted. Unfortunately this was not usually the case and is the reason the company failed. When InkStop originally started it concentrated on its name sake, ink, toner, etc...but then they went silly and started trying be like a miniature Office Max, an area they should have never gone to. What we are seeing here is a classic example of Corporate Greed gone wild, Gross Mismanagement and now executives trying to run for cover. So in closing to my psychic friend, what's your prediction on winning the law suit? I mean you got the first one right, so enlighten us oh Nostradamus of the 21st century do we have a chance hahahahahahahaha!

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Pisces

Although its just the start of December, you still need to get your skates on if you want to be ready for the forthcoming festivities. If you've barely made a dent in your preparations, relax, sit down and start writing out your list of what needs to be done. The Moon's in intuitive Cancer, so take it easy for a while and have some romantic fun. You can instruct your subconscious to take up the load, and things will look easier in the morning.
