Road rage victim run down 'like an animal'

Why not a charge of attempted murder for this animal. Teach him his lesson. He definitely needs a couple decades in lockup. The woman is learning her lesson for throwing objects at this animal that further inflamed his demented brain. Double shame on both of them for their utter stupidity.

Even though the woman got the worse part of the deal, they're both at fault for what happened. I'm not condoning what the guy did. He should go to prison for attempted murder. Not so sure this is the same guy. He is like 21? This record is from 1988? They both seem to have some anger issues. She was drinking before the incident. Hopefully they did a tox screen on here upon admission. She certainly didn't deserve to be run down, but shouldn't have been driving after drinking either. That obviously added to her initial reaction.

Simple: a guy with aggression issues; a woman who was driving after drinking and used the protective equalizer of a car to allow her to work out her own alcoholic-inflamed aggression issues. The references to 1988 are his DOB, not when the incident(s) took place. And unless she was legally intoxicated, how do you know that alcohol "obviously" added to her reaction?

There's a little piece missing from this. If he cut her off as the article says, how was he then behind her to ram her? Did she veer up around him to then cut him off? I'm just trying to visualize the incident as it led into the parking lot.

Both these people are in a world of hurt right now because of road rage. What is it about climbing behind the wheel of a car that turns some normally very nice people into maniacs?
