Man sentenced for tossing dog from 2nd-story balcony

A man who pleaded guilty to hurling his girlfriend's dog off a balcony was sentenced today to two years' probation.

Two years probation for killing a defenseless dog. I think Quincy- nice name by the way- should get the same treatment as the dog. Throw him off a balcony then euthanize him.

That is not a serious enough pentalty for what he did. Someone who would harm a puppy is a coward and also a bully. He really should have received jail time for that.

Wasn't this a black couple? I hate to say it but I will...... when black folks have a pit bull they are used to threaten and scare or fight......... they r not seen as loving pets.........IDIOTS!!!! She was probably training that dog to chew him up anyway.......... perhaps it was self defense..........funny but not.

There was a time when I'd have agreed with you but I know several people with pit bulls and if they are raised correctly they are very friendly dogs.
