I think this is an excellent idea. My neighbor was just attacked by another neighbors pit bull and I can't let my kids play outside because this dog is so unpredictable its rediculous to let an animal control the entire subdivision. everyone is afraid of it.Its too bad that there are unresponsible pet owners that can't keep thier dogs on leashes. That would resolve the whole issue.
