What do you expect? Too busy promoting development and not looking at real needs. The city and state are going to have to tighten their belts, and cut benefit spending and get back to basics. Yes, I would be happy to drawn red lines through items to cut.

Problem is that things have gone un attended for so long that the cost to fix em is not in the budget because the budget is shot to hell.
I mean look at ole Blago what's his name, here he should be in jail or paying this state back somehow and he gets to run all over the place whining how he got the shaft.
When will the American people take control of things and say enough is enough and take care of business the right way the first time?
