They say they get tough. That is a joke. 2 mobs of 30-40 apiece were fighting in the street and what did the cops do. They shot paint balls at them. They are afraid of these gangs and the politically correct crowd. If you crack down too hard you will be labeled a racist. Peoria is a joke and becoming a mini-Chicago. Try to walk down any neighborhood in the East, Center, and West Bluff after 7 PM. You may not make it out alive. As far as the South side goes, most people have not ventured there in years. The city is ruined, plain and simple.
