Every news report I have read on this story has focused on the officer. What about the poor man on his way to work Monday morining sitting at a stop light getting slammed by a patrol car doing 65mph?This man was very seriously injured, look at the pictures of his car! He was very lucky to survive and will be in the hospital for a long time with injuries that will take at least a year to heal. I'm sorry, the officer made a mistake and almost took someones life. A little time on a desk is a small price to pay for what could have happened.
