Back to School: Consignment stores offer savings on popular styles
Back to school spending is expected to be higher this year, with parents spending an average of $246.10 on clothing and $129.20 on shoes for school-age kids, according to the National Retail Federation.

I wish our township would deal with the stinking teacher's union to get us some discounts on our ridiculously high taxes.
