Security Hospital counselor charged

Assault charges have been filed against a Minnesota Security Hospital counselor who is accused of punching a mentally disabled woman several times in the face and chest.

I think this is a reasonable defense in lue of being bitten and winding up with hepatitis or who knows what. Granted they have protocol but if someone’s dirty teeth were coming for any part of me I would he dishing out some stopping blows too.
