I personally knew Phillip Tran when he was a young adult and can honestly say that I am not surprised he did this.Phillip has ALWAYS been a cold hearted person and has no remorse for anyone, not even his own family.Sober or intoxicated, he is a rotten evil to the core.10 years in prison is not enough!!
