Restrained boy's death ruled a homicide

The restraint death of a 16-year-old boy at Daystar Residential Inc., a facility for troubled children, has been ruled a homicide caused by "complications of mechanical asphyxia," according to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Science.

I guess in Texas, if you shoot somebody it's Complications from lead poisoning?

Daystar just got shut down. Imagine that, only 4 dead kids and they yank the dudes license!

Look on the bright side, all the staff there can become jail guards and keep kickin ass.
