Ex-Gloco day-care owner admits to fake lead tests
The former owner of a Gloucester County day care center has admitted to giving the state false reports saying her center was free of lead dust.

Why hadn't there been an independent test done before 2005? Why a plea deal? Parent's of children who attended or whose children still attend this facility should have a class-action suit. This should be a criminal offense.
