I alway's like to be, pro-police but what possible charge could they have used on him? I don't see the crime, here....

This story just irked me for some reason.

I read he was arrested for trespassing.

I was guessing someone was offended by the flag?

how could he be arrested for trespassing if it was left in the ocean it would be abandoned and should be up for salvage. as for someone offended by the flag i got one on my arm let them say something to me
