Review: Banks J Henry HON

It's a shame when a man thinks he knows best when a child is involved. When a child is in an abbused cituation being hit with coat hangers, cell phones throwed at the child, bruises left on the child, denied food, and the child left in that home when a loving home was available .Would not talk to the child and would not consider the evidence against the abbuiser. It is several cases where this judge had the chance to help the child but turned his back when a man was the one complaining. It's not only custody situations where he did nothing it's also child support cases he does nothing about. My case as one that was heard on the 27th day of March. All the necessary paper work was produced to show that I only make $300.00 a week and this judge J Henry Banks ordered for me to pay $550.00 a month when I should not be paying but $250.00 a month. It doesnt matter what a man says in his court room the women can lie like a dog get what they want so men don't even try this judge is not a fair judge when it comes to a man in his court room.18%is what you are suppose to pay. That is the NC law 18%,but in J Henry Banks court room there is no law just what he feels like he wants to do and the laws are not involved. That building up town where they hold these meetings and call them courts would really be a good place for a court house. I guess as long as J Henry Banks is the judge we will never know.
