The final paragraph of this article is extremely dis-tasteful. How is it one can find such coldness in their heart to report the accidental death of a nine year old boy and praise the driver of the vehicle responsible for this boys death.

Yes, why do we care about the wonderful things that this driver did back in high school? Or the great life he is going on to in college Shouldn't we hear a little about Aaron's life? It may have been an accident, but it really shouldn't be about what a great kid the driver is.

First of all, you need to work on your grammar and spelling. Secondly, I live in the town next to the one that the driver lives in. I don't know him well but I do know him. It's not like he purposely did this. He's not a monster and he is having a really hard time dealing with this. Put yourself in his shoes and really think about it...really, really think about it. I'm not saying the kid deserved it or anything like that, and if I was his parents I'm sure that I would be very angry with the driver, but I would also(someday) find it in my heart to forgive him. Besides, where were the parents(guardian), what kind of a parent lets their kids play in the road??

it is not right to talk about all of the great things the driver has done in his life had this young boy not been killed by him he could have done all these great things with his life also and as far as where were the parents he was 9 that is old enough to go over to a friends on his bike to play

I also found the last paragraph to be in extremely poor taste.

JUDGE MOTT SHOULD STOP SENTENCING PEOPLE TO THE BRADFORD COUNTY JAIL WHEN THEY ARE INNOCENT. HE'S JUST GETTING EVEN BECAUSE HIS WIFE HAD TO SERVE HER TIME FOR BEING A THIEF.

When an accident happens it causes long lasting trauma to everyone including the victim, victim's family, the driver and his family and friends. I don't think you should post rumors on here....he was not on a cell phone and it was an accident. He will live with this the rest of his life.

So, does someone have pictures of him on the cell phone, or was that meant for another post? Anyone know if there is a civil suit?

Wow, this is a terribly sad thing that happened to this young boy and his family. Also to the truck driver and his family. Neither did i care for the last paragraph in this article. I also agree that, some of the insensitive jerks out there, thinking they're tough sh it when they post the most rude remarks, need to think before they speak, and put themself in the other persons shoes. Because maybe just maybe, they're wrong, and they've been wrong all along. Now think about that when u make rumors, lie, or start sh it.

Ok i can't believe I'm doing this. i was there that day this all happened i had a really hard time dealin with this still to this day it does. ok aaron crossed the road following his friend to a house across the street by the bee hive in osceola. i saw the driver that hit him was onhis cell phone when i saw him past . this was seconds before arron was hit. I heard breaks squeal and then someone hollered my name and said arron got hit. i ran over cause arron n his family lived 2 houses down from me when i got there to him it was a horrific site . will not go into detail. but i had to be litteraly picked up and moved away from him. i made sure not to move until his mom or dad got there. it was a really sad day! I had nightmares for along time barley slept. but that's what happened . i new the driver not well but he was the shining star of elkland high school. rip arron we miss u!!! Now enough about everything . it was a tragic day and tragic memory ill never forget. so please no more.....
