Kris Swineford of Ashland has request granted for 10 percent bond posting

why you would allow bond for someone with NO JOB, NO BILLS, NO KIDS, NO HOUSE.. is far beyond me!!! Let him post bail so he can leave state once again??? SMART MOVE!! Lets see how far he can run this time.. it only took them some years for another state to find him.
