Pancreatic cancer starts in the cells of the pancreas. The pancreas is a glandular organ that lies behind the stomach. It produces proteins (enzymes) to help digest food, and insulin, which regulates sugar levels in our blood. The pancreas is attached to a section of the small intestine called the duodenum, and to the ducts that carry bile from the liver to the small intestine. These other organs can be damaged as pancreatic cancer develops, causing jaundice and digestion difficulties. Most pancreatic cancers start in the ducts that carry the enzymes to the duodenum, but they may also start in the cells that produce insulin (islet cells). Pancreatic cancer is one of the most serious of cancers. It develops when cancerous cells form in the tissues of your pancreas a large organ that lies horizontally behind the lower part of your stomach. Your pancreas secretes enzymes that aid digestion and hormones that help regulate the metabolism of carbohydrates. Pancreatic cancer spreads rapidly and is seldom detected in its early stages, which is a major reason why it's a leading cause of cancer death. Signs and symptoms may not appear until the disease is quite advanced. By that time, the cancer is likely to have spread to other parts of the body and surgical removal is no longer possible. For years, little was known about pancreatic cancer. But researchers are beginning to understand the genetic basis of the disease knowledge that may eventually lead to new and better treatments. Just as important, you may be able to reduce your risk of pancreatic cancer with some lifestyle changes.

Talking about war , hmm what to say about it. I believe that every person who was through the war will have something to say about it.
I will never forget the fear in the eyes of my mother when my father say to as that our city it`s been fold down in the hands of the enemy and that we have to run to save ourselves.
That day all shit start , we lost everything we owned. Everything except our lives and in that time of war everybody was for himself , you just don't care about aders you just want to survive , with anader words dip shit situation.
After three years on run our city was free again and we could return to our home , home sweet home , sick en tired and with nothing we return on nothing , everything was destroyed by the war and everything has to be rebuild , with what when you have nothing.
With help of many people and good will and a lot sweat we survive , but still after 13 years how war it end we are in `` not dip shit situation `` but in shit situation , we stay alive barely.
No work , no money. I become self so sick that I can not work , even I look for work every single day even I am in the pain thru all day long , it`s just nobody who care man , everybody have his on problems.
I don`t no what to do else with my life , righting this letter with tears in my eyes , tears of shame of tears bad luck , I ask for many times God what did I do wrong , I am losing my faith in you , I call you so many times , did you forget about me , I am not the only one but is it not just better to give up , it`s so much pain that I am going thru.
Just looking my mother eyes every day , I see in her eyes fear again , fear for me , her eyes talk to me Don`t do it , or is that you God talking to me thru her. Every day is like living hell to me.
This is my short storey about me , many will say horse shit , many will have open heart.
Can you help me ..
I am asking everybody with good heart and free will if you want to give for small donation , a donation of 1 dollar , or 1 pound , or 1 euro to donate on PayPal account.
You want to be somebody or be something , now is your chance to do it , you can help me.
I know that many people will be sceptical , but I don`t ask you for donation of 1 million , or 100.000 thousand not even 1000 dollars , I am just asking for 1 dollar , pound , euro or what ever you can give , from your heart and free will.

Do you or anyone else in this group know if it is possible.. To have a normal brown colored stool with pancreatic cancer? My father passed away at 58 from that and I am 63 and have had weight loss without trying , diarreah, and I am just so tired.. All of the time. I am tired even upon waking in the morning. I tested positive for H Pylori a few months back and the scope showed nothing in my colon or stomach. I weighed 162 and now I weigh 145 in approx. 4 months. Can anyone advise me? Please!
