Read the other article I have posted. So sad that Millirons used to be honest...or maybe the company should look at this employee for honesty issues, in dealing with customers

I hope if you read about Millirons on my other post, you also read this and my previous one. The president of Millirons called me, and made everything right. A check was sent to my daughter-in-law, for the $25. He DOES CARE, and is HONEST! He does want to know when things like that happen, and does run a honest company! Thank you so much for your time, Mr. Milliron, and for your honesty! I think any working man or women can have confidence when dealing with your company! Thanks again!

I am glad you took the time to post the good resolution you had to your problem. Too often, people will complain and tell everybody about the bad experience, but will then not take time to say the problem has been taken care of. Glad to know it worked out for you.
