Nancy it's been a while since I've seen you. It was at the "Fire Museum" on 4th St. ; BACK ON EARTH was playing. I worked with Butch a long time ago; thanks for the info. I'd like to see you again; you were always fun to be around. I think ACES and EIGHTS have quit playing in Clevland; but remember that was the killer blues band with Dave Morrison on harp. Try to get in touch and take care!!

I never knew Jamie Lyons or anyone who had met him. But what I knew well was that great tune called "Little Bit of Soul" that I heard on the juke boxes of my favorite bars back in the late Sixties. A unique sound, I always loved that song. Never even knew the name of the band who played it or the lead singer's name until now, forty years later. Sorry to hear that Mr. Lyons has passed away. From what I'm reading on these posts he must have been a great guy. Lots of groups have done covers of his one hit but nobody ever sang "Little Bit of Soul" like he did. Rest in peace, soul man, rest in peace.

Bobby is still among the living. He lives in upstate NY and still is drumming. Got back into it a few years back when he came to Ohio and played the Rock Hall with Burton and Rick. Was a fun night

I found this site after doing a Google search for our dear friend Lou. My husband and I go to church with him and his wife - he is a precious, sweet man. If you know Lou Basso, I'm asking you to pray for him. He had a stroke last Wednesday night and is in very critical condition. He has blessed us so much in the 7 months that we've been at the church. He has a genuine love for the Lord and a joyful spirit unlike any I've ever seen before. Please pray God's mercy on him and his family.
Thank you so much.
