Antonia Brancia was with her husband, Sjef A. Vandenberg, when their car and five others were rammed by a vehicle driven by Jeff B. Moss of Glen Cove. Moss was speeding when he piled into the cars as they were stopped at an intersection, according to police, who charged Moss with criminally negligent homicide.
The next court appearance for Jeff Moss is July 30.
