What a great time....again. I don't know about you all but I had a blast. But the lack of fireworks on Friday night and the very, very lame band that played for the dance Saturday night was disappointing. Maybe someone should start an alumni band. Their could call it "Big Green" and they would at least have the advantage of three years practice before their big show.

Thanks for the report of the reunion. I wasn't able to attend(was in Wisconsin). Sorry the band was lame and there was no firworks. People is waht it all about anyway, right? I am the class of 1960. Did you meet anyone from that group?

Tom Christener, Pete Beatty. Tom commented that Carol George had passed the day before the picnic and that made 21 out of your class of 100 or so. Seems kinda high, we've lost 7 of 60 of the class of 63, but the numbers will even out eventually, no one gets out of here alive. The day couldn't have been pleasanter. Food was great, lines not too long, but they had the worst tasting iced tea, pure bilge water. But plenty of bottled water and soft drinks to compensate. Smiles abounded and there was a gentle murmur of constant laughter that you couldn't escape.

ahh Good ole Pete. He is always around. Tom being there surprises me. Isn't he in a southern state quite a few miles away?
My brother (BDA) was in the Class of 64 or so. He is deceased.
I am sorry about Carol George. Yes, I would say we do have a high ratio of deceased for a class of 91 or 92.
About the iced tea-made with chorinated water, I bet.??? Was the food catered?

BDA graduated with me in 63. Tom and Nancy live in Alabama, all the better to play a daily round of golf. As for the tea, well I suspect it was Lusiann (sp.) brand made way too strong and for sure it was made with chlorinated water. When you get catered you takes your chances.

This sounds pretty strange but will you consider it anyway? Would you write some facts about BDA on this site to fill in what I am forgeting about him? I left home in "61 to go to college and had very limited contact with him until his death in 82.
Please include positive or negative about things you remember-I know he had a lot of questionable taits and events but if you can remember any of those it will be welcome here.
I tend to be a detail person and analysize things so I am constantly trying to figure him out. Any information will be appreciated.
