Nothing ever will stop crime, this is the new America. I am not old, but I'm not real young. I'm at the age that I remember being safe enough to play outside as a child, and then see the demise of us as a country, you know the one that holds no morals or standards. But with that being said, I don't believe that closing these places down at a certain time will irradicate criminal activity. To be honest, I think crime would only get worse in this area. If places are closed, than police patrol will not be as extreme, and therefore those committing crimes will feel it a more opportune time to do what they do.
