I need a photos of my father

I am mexican and I need photos of my father .This photos was in one newspaper its name was Central Headligth ,my father was working in Syracuse New York in January of 1944 .That newspaper had a photos of mexican workers and the date of newspaper is January 1944 .I have a photo of this workers but is very old I need know if anybody can I help me to obtain this photos of that newspaper.
