Counselors may lose jobs in schools
“And for some, for the rest of their high school career. Certainly, we refer out, for certain situations. But the large majority of our students stay with us the whole time that they're here.”
Onondaga County's Department of Mental Health is proposing that the counselors be replaced with those working for a not-for-profit agency. via WSYR
