Someone expanded their business with a new location in Minnesota? And, they have 5 other Minnesota locations that have NOT fled due to "crushing" taxation and a "horrible" business climate?

Conservatives, please explain how this could POSSIBLY happen without more tax cuts.

Or maybe all business choices are not made upon the altar of individual top-bracket marginal rates -- the Holy Grail of our MN Legislature. Just maybe.
