Why is it that Manila & school is run by FBC church members? They think they can do and say what they want! They don't own the town or school! Wait, they probably do buy their way in! That's being a good Christian! Why does other ppl in Manila put up with this? We are not in school ne more! Grow up!

Are you really so ignorant that u would judge and accuse a entire church of wrong doing based on your misguided opinion of a handful of people? I mean seriously could you not have rethought your argument a a little better? Your stance on the issue is no different than the federal government telling the whole population of the US they don't need to own firearms because the action of a few criminals. The majority of the people that attend this church are great people active in their community. If you don't like the way things are going get off your ass and do something about it. Go to city concil meetings, go to school board meetings, start petitions to change the things you do not agree with, run for office. These are all parts of this thing called checks and balances. Study it and learn it. There is also this thing called separation of church and state which prohibits a religious party from influencing policy or law in government. If you would educate your self you would understand this instead of slandering the name of a group of people that have no relation to the issues you have. If u want to change something put forth the effort to do so. If you do so in the proper way and the majority of people feel the same way as you then it will go that way. If not to bad. That is the way the system works. Now quit feeling sorry for your self and stop judging other people because you don't like the way something is going. Either do something about it or shut up about it.

No crying here. Simply educating and stating fact. And letting the Pearson of the original post know there methods to correct the problems they have issues with opposed to publicly slandering a church an it's members because they are not happy with the actions of a hand full of citizens. The original post said "why do the people of manila put up with it". I have given them the means and a plan of action to correct the issues they have. Getting on a public site and talking down people they obviously do not know is not an answer to their problem whatever it might be and only causes conflict. Take action to change something instead of talking shit because when you do that you are simply "putting up with it" as you accused everybody else of doing.

She didn't say all FBC members! It's def a fact & most ppl no it! Ppl are scared 2 say ne thing 4 fear of what they may say or do 2 them or their children! Even principal does what they say 4 fear of kicking him out! All facts! I have even tried speaking out & trying make a change! So where do I go from here? I feel same as this person! More ppl need stand up & fight 4 this town! There are sum good ppl in this town & culd b great community if we just try change sum teachers, board members & principal if they don't have all kids best interest at heart! And not let certain ppl influence way school & town is run! I've heard of alot stories of how certain ppl do things around here & it needs 2 stop! God created us all equal no matter how much money u make or what ur name is!

I have never posted anything on here & never wanted to. I don't go to that church but I know many people that do and they ARE good people. But I am so tired of people saying "oh those people are stuck up, those people get what they want" Two things to that, have you every tried to speak to those people, conversations go BOTH ways. Next, those people WORK for what they have (90%) have college degrees and have full time jobs.
Alright, for starters, not only educate yourself like "Oath Keeper" said (go to school board meetings) but educate yourself period. Learn grammer. & on top of what Oath Keeper said, educate yourself with everything going on around town. That means DO NOT get your information at the beauty salon. Don't take anything for fact unless you hear it out of the person's mouth. Not too hard?
2: If you are going to make a generalization about "those" people, then I can make a generalization about you. You are a lazy, over weight person, who doesn't have a job (or maybe part-time) job, has kids that get in trouble at school (hints why you are pissed at teachers), most likely divorced or not in a happy marriage, and last but not least don't believe in God, or don't go to church. Do you think that is fair to you?... I didn't think so.
3: Definitely don't agree with "Seriously." Either that is one that gives those people bad names or it's a fake. I'm betting the second one.
4: Fact: 2 of the 7 school board members go to that church. Tell me if the school board is voting for something, do you think those 2 can win.. Yeah, I didn't think so.
5: I've walked in that church before and felt nothing but open arms there. I haven't been going to church in over a year because of work, but if I could I would go there. So I encourage you to TRY to walk in that place and then get back with me.
That's all for now. Please get back with me.

Wait how much do they contribute to kids? Do you have to be a member of FBC to get contributed to? Be sure and tell me what I have to do to get a "contibute", I am saving money to buy a truck when I get old enough to drive without an adult in the car.
