If they were fighting and both fell into the tracks, why do I keep reading that this kid was "pushed" and "slayed". The only slaying that happend was done by the train. They wanted to fight next to the train tracks so they got what was coming. Of course the other guy should never have fled the scene, but I don't know if he qualifies to be a Slayer or even Murderer.
