I heard the same thing. I actually called to see if they were open and the guy tells me I had the wrong number. Lol. Unless they printed signs and menus with the wrong number, I'm absolutely positive they were freaking out and just didn't know what to say so they lied. Lol. Next time just tell the truth and say you weren't expecting this much business and ran out of product. No need to lie to people.

How do you not expect alot of business on opening day when the only thing to eat in this town Is 3 pizza places and 2 shitty restaurants. Oh and a subway. I heard for the price they charge that you didn't get alot of meat on tacos but that coulda been when they were running out

Went for lunch , not impressed very small portions like a TV dinner . I give them 2 months unless the drunks come out of the woodwork after the bars close but I see problems very little meat in the food and way expensive for what you get .

Haven't been tried it yet, but can't wait! I did not bother with opening day as I figured it would be packed and long waits. I have heard it was pretty good. Wishing them success!

They should hire Borgo, maybe he will run dogs over for them, he seems to make a hobby out of it already.

We had sold out of 200 lbs of meat, instead of closing we decided to pay extra and provide our customers' meals till close :)

We went for lunch. 3 burritos with horchatas and salsa with chips. Cost 30.00. Dine in.
Burritos were good but small
Chips homemade, did not have hot salsa. there were about 15chips in basket. Horchatas is homemade and taste great.
Service........well the guy behind counter slow and confused. Watched him take orders of phone and cook them before table orders were completed. Infact he had 8 Togo plates ready before my order served. Funny thing i ate and left while all 8containers sat on his counter for pick up.
I think he duplicated tickets being confused.
If they can handle the business (cause i warned hIm the town is coming to try and first impressions are taken serious here in Manhattan) they will servive cause the food is good, just a little over priced.
Wish them luck. I will be back.
I apologize for seeming slow. I am the owner working 16 hr days to ensure that people are taken care of and if orders are messed up I have compensated them and 95% of them return with smiles on their face. We ask everyone to understand that we are a veteran owned small business trying to deliver the people of Manhattan with quality food.

We apologize if any customers called the wrong number. There was a picture on our facebook page of our back door sign being a different number, but that was fixed before any sign was hung on our building. All numbers on our menu and outdoor signs are correct and only english speaking individuals will and are answering phones. Thank you for your patience.

Give these guys a break. I ordered takeout on opening day and didn't have to wait long. The guys did seem a bit overwhelmed but they were trying to keep everyone happy! The thing is, in this town, that's damn near impossible. Let's welcome and support new business!
