Funny but I bet your the first a-hole who will be on here bitching and crying when you can't pay your dues and come up with every excuse why you were served and sued and why you have to pay legal fees...lol

Well, was there anything to report? What decisions were made? How many late payments until you get arrested? How long is the grass at the park allowed to get? If my garbage cans are outside, will I get evicted? Does the board get a raise? Can I park on the street and leak oil all over the street? Are we going to get sh1tter street lights that continue to flicker all night long? Are we put up some B.S. signs that say no fishing??
What was said??

Stop Chirping and show up. Must not be too important. And the people that show up....Are they your personal secretary? You sound like the typical tool that lives in this community. Get involved then you can ask and answer your own questions...Now it sounds like you have some oil leaking on your driveway from you beater cars, I would clean that up before the EPA gets ya! Oh and your house must look and smell great with your garbage cans next to your front door how attractive! Can you say Hillbilly???

They are going to Fix all the entrance signs to the Sub Divisions, They are going put up a new one next year at the distinctive entrance off of sweedler rd, which I'm against. Why do they need one there? No one has complained about it in 8 years now why all the sudden? In June they want to have a community Garage sale for all the subdivisions. There will be a new election for all board positions in February. Out of 5 board members only 3 showed up last night. People we need a change and need to start taking OUR association back and making better decisions on whats good for ALL of us not just the board... It needs to stop lets vote some new people in there, I will say the new association agency Niemich seems to have a great game plan and also seem to know what they are doing, But 3 board members making decisions for all of us or should I say whats good for them needs to stop! The lawyer for the association seems to think that the reason no one shows up for the meetings is a good thing?? He says that must mean people have no issues and are happy.. Yea right!...lol

Pipe down tough guy. Believe it or not, there are more pressing matters in others lives than HOA meetings. I pay my $16 a month, and yes, the garbage stinks, that's why it's outside. Ya see how that works? So, important? Yes, but would most people skip work or school or not take their kids to a Dr. appointment to make a HOA meeting? Nope. I had planned on going, but life sometimes gets in the way of plans. I am so sorry if I offended you or the 4 others who went by asking what happened.
Also, my cars do not leak, and I'm not a Hillbilly, I'm more of a redneck.:)

Don't ask what your association will do for you, ask what you can do for your association

Did you know that some of our "neighbors" have stolen public land? Yeah, they built their fences on our community land and because the board refused to say anything, it's now theirs by law. Sucks, huh? Who the hell do they think they are? The HOA is a bunch of pansies. I tried to vollunteer and I've been to meetings but they just ignore comments and go on thier way. I think the board should be broken up and we can end our HOA and be much happier.

What about that older short guy with the little dog that lets his animal run on peoples property and defecate, then refuses to clean it up? Yeah, he's part of the HOA, and one of the biggest pieces of crap. He's always got his nose in other peoples business where it doesn't belong. Next time his dog craps on my lawn and he doesn't clean it up, I'm going to shove it in his mailbox.

That is just unacceptable. What a stroke. Throw it in a bag and burn it on his doorstep.
