You retard, explain how and why you put a screw on a bolt. Hey dumbass, the hardware store is selling buckets of steam for half off, you better get there before they run out. While your there will you pick me up a left handed screw driver:) Next time you have an idiotic thought try keeping it to yourself. Thanks.

Yeah, I'm sure they did that for you ... and they've done a great job of bankrupting America in the process. Sure, I'd love to get paid $50,000 for putting screws on bolts all day, but then I can't complain when companies figure out they can pay someone in Mexico to the same thing for a quarter of that: You know - what it should actually be paid? Unions are why jobs are being shoveled off shore as fast as companies can do it, so don't complain when it happens to your job.

Oh ... you got me. Yeah, in a rush I typed "screw" instead of "nut." Clearly, that completely negates my argument.
And since you typed "While your there" instead of "While you're there," you must be an idiot too, right? I guess we're even.

There, now you just did it again. I'll ask you again. Please, the next time you have an imbecilic thought or the impulse to post something idiotic keep it to yourself. Your ignorance just seeps out of your post and is insulting to all the hard working men and women (union or not) that visit this site. Now, if you don't mind, I'll have the porterhouse and the double baked. Oh, and a Manhattan for the wait.

If they do that bad of work, why do these big companies keep hiring them? If they did that many things wrong, companies would refuse to hire them.

Most of their labor is from out of state. That amounts to lost revenue for the local economy.

Unions put both my kids thru college, bought me a home, and land n a cabin in the ozarks. Not to mention a great pension and job security. Your just a broke asshole who can't hold a real job. Suck it bitch
Just wondering, If Unions are so good why wouldn't you encourage your kids to join instead of putting them through college?

ITS CALLED THE BAND AID PLAN- put a scab on it to get it fixed temporarily, then sell the company. Then take a loss on (your work) as a tax write off so we all can pay for your inferiority.

I read all the comments that were posted. I would just like to say that my husband has been an operator for the union since 2007. In 2009, the union put D card holders to work at the company my husband was working for. D card holders are landscapers who are not certified to operate end-loaders. But because they wanted to cut costs, the UNION hall called out cheaper labor.(1/2 of what my husband gets paid). Because of that, Cheaper Labor caused my husbands machine to over turn on top of him because Cheaper Labor did NOT know how to tow my husbands machine out when it was stuck. Since his surgery and rehab, my husband has been to work a handful of times. We struggle to make ends meet, we almost lost the house, we sold 2 vehicles to catch up on the mortgage. And the thing the kills me the most is that his BA called 1 time to see how he was doing a week after he had come home. My husband told him what had happened and the UNION did nothing about it. My husband does not drink nor does he do any drugs. We are at the point where we realize the union is not there for it's workers. It's all politics and money. And as for the pension, they are talking about taking that away. What's really funny is that my husband hasn't worked in 7 months! We lost our insurance, didn't have $2100 to pay for 3 months of insurance and yet the UNION wants it's DUES? Give me a break!
