Whats going on with the coin operated car wash All the bays have cones in front of them and the automatics dont work any more

Chuckie probably didnt pay his waterbill or it might be a property wrapped up in legal issues because the same owner from what I've heard is in forclosure/bankruptcy regarding the property north of the liquor store strip mall. Hope that helps.
