I have been taking my 4 dogs to Cindy at K9 Krazy since she first opened - I switched to her after Julie's student cut my shih tzu up - actually cut her pad on her paw and cut a piece off of her ear! I have NEVER NEVER had any problems whatsoever with Cindy or K9 - my dogs love her! My parents even come from Orland to bring three shihtzu to her! I agree with some other posts - this must have been an ex-employee!! She truly loves dogs!

I live over 30 minutes away from K9 Krazy, and would much rather drive that long and know my dogs are taking care of. I've tried several groomers in my area, and they have not come close to the service that K9 Krazy has provided. The owner/groomer is very friendly, and I always feel comfortable leaving my dogs with her. Yes, she can talk your ear off, but I'd rather have that then somone who is very shallow and doesn't talk at all. My question to "Puppylove" is this. If you were so concerned about the well being of your dog then why did you leave the dog there in the first place? You must not have too much puppylove if you left your dog with such a crazy woman! K9 Krazy much be doing pretty well if they keep adding new employees, and expanding their grooming area!

This topic hasn't been posted on in a while.. Was just wondering if everybody still feels the same way? I need a groomer, but I'm trying to check into some reviews.

took my big hound there, i don't think he knew i even left. very nice and knowledgable lady, handles the dogs in her care very well. knew my big dog a puppy may be hyper and put away an older dog with sore hip, and knew another one of the 5 dogs had an allergy to certain treats. yup will be back for sure.

Ok puppylove, you just "chatted everyone heres ear off" If you didn't enjoy the experience, then don't go back. I feel violated by listening to you "spew" your garbage. Don't go back and call it a day, damn.

complete.... What the hell was that about? This is an open poster. If that's what puppylove took away from that experience, let it be said. Have you been there? What was your experience? I've been in there a couple times and quite frankly, I think the owner/groomer is sneaky. She's nice enough to your face when you're there, but what is she saying to the next customer after you leave? There's just something about her that rubs me wrong- hence the reason I don't go there anymore. Her prices are reasonable, and I don't doubt she has knowledge of what she is doing... I just think that there's something odd about the whole situation.

Actually, I have been there, twice. I believe in second chances. Did not have a good vibe about the place or the owner either time and didn't go back, but didn't see the need to go bashing...

I like K-9 Krazy. I have taken my dog to both places in town and K-9 Krazy does a better job and a cheaper price, they take a little longer but its a way better job. All paws and claws irritated me I took my dog to them twice and they charged me a certain price then I recommended them to my mom who has the same size dog as me and they charged her $40 more then me then told my mom that they were going to charge me the same price as her the next time I brought my dog in, I have not gone there since. I understand if you need to raise prices but really a $40 price jump is a little extreme. My mom and I now both go to K-9 Krazy and and we both agree that both dogs look way better when they come out of K-9 Krazy.

My dog gets pampered. She is groomed in my drive way ,in a controled enviroment where we can keep an eye on her.Our mobile groomer is the greatest, desease free from someone else's pet.It cost a few bucks more but my time is ours when shes groomed. We do not have to wait all day at a pet groomers time for our pet to be ready and pay a high doller to get her groomed.

I have two dogs, and take them both to K-9 Krazy. The owner is very friendly, and absolutely loves my dogs. She has nicknames for them, and was telling me about how they did this and that while I was gone. The job she does is great, and I am very picky. I really think she should raise her prices, as I feel I am ripping her off......

Anyway, please feel very secure in bringing your dogs there, I have been through quite a few groomers and am happy to spend my money at K-9 Krazy!

I take my dog there and she comes back and looks terrific. It does take a while for the grooming but I dont schedule an appointment and they always take my dog. K9 does a good job, sometime a bit long but they are great.

Yes the sometimes a little bit long and that bothers me. I make appt in the morning for my dog to get done right when she opens and a few times I got my dog back at like 4 pm. That is a ridiculous long time to keep a dog in my opinion. Also i noticed her quality of work is all over the place. So I am not going there anymore.
