I filed a claim with this company. They are slow, unresponsive and not worth your time or money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Initially the response was great, but now I have been fighting to get them to finish the claim so payment can be made. They are incredibly unresponsive to any form of communication. They do not respond to e-mail, phone calls, or any response what so ever. If I was a moving company I would avoid using this company as a sub contractor for resolving claims at all cost!

Claims Adjustment Technology is a JOKE! I had no choice to use them, as I'm active duty military. I filed my claim in a timely manner, got an initial response, then nothing. The adjuster stated that they would get back with me with the number of a local repair firm the following Monday--that was 4 weeks ago.

Does anyone have phone or email contact information for Claims Adjustment Technology. I filed my claim and nothing to date. Also military and at a pretty big loss. Not a really good feeling, especially with this track record...thanks

i been dealing with there garbage since june and i havent herd but 3 emails from them since i ets'd im not sure i will EVER get paid

Filed a military claim with them over three months ago. Have not heard from them in over a month. DO NOT use them. Go through the base. It is NOT worth the hassle!!

Yeah I am also military and have a claim that totals about $5,700. I have made contact with my adjuster(which was not easy) but after I have talked to her she had offered me a settlement of $2,000. Just doing her job but insulting me at the same time. We (military)are entitled Full Replacement Value and thats what im going to get.

I finally got a hold of an adjuster. One lady who answered the phone was very polite and gave me information who my adjuster was and also an e-mail address for status on my claim (processing@gblcatclaims.com). I guess with the new FRV it takes a little longer, I prefer the old way ;-)

Yeah my claim got finally settled ;-) woohoo!!
Just a heads up folks, checks are not mailed from Claims Adjustment Technology. The carrier is the one who sends the checks. Claims Adjustment just reviews and adjudicates the claim and then notifies the carrier to send the checks. I had to call for status of my check and they called the carrier, then called me back. I also got the phone number of the carrier on my claim and called them. GOT IT!!

Yeah another fabulous day with Claims Adjustment technology. I have tried to contact my adjuster for the last two weeks and no response. I called them today only to be told that my adjuster was Busy. I then asked to speek to a supervisor and i was told that they were busy.I have had nothing but problems with this company. they are insulting and extreamly lazy. OH yeah and aparently there phones only pick up the local radio station? SO they cant talk on them. that was the latest excuse. contacted the BBB; lets see if that works?

Same as disgruntled...I'm active duty military so I HAD TO USE them. They said they respond to within 20 working days...It's been more like 40 so I just called them. Guess what??? Surprise!!! My adjuster is on the line with another customer, so she'll call you back! LMFAO!! We'll see what happens...

well your adjuster will never call back. is her name maria? also they are in california, and state law states that they must offer you a settlement within 30 days of filing a claim if they do not then they must formally notify you that your claim is going to take longer due to more information needed. I have by-passed them and i am now talking to my movers about it.

Yeah, we are military as well, and have no choice but to use them.. Same deal with us, slow, unresponsive, wont give "full replacement" value of our computer, which they broke! Not to mention all the damaged furniture... Can't believe the Army pays these people...Is there anyway to complain to the Military?? I'm sick of dealing with these jokers!!!

Oh tried calling today to speak with my ajuster, Maria, and was talking to Joanna about how upset I was about all this and she fricking HANGS UP on me!! OMG, these people are so UNPORFESSIONAL!!

Claims Adjustment Technology is a THIRD PARTY used by the different TSP (Transportation Service Providers) a.k.a. moving company
They have nothing to do with moving your shipment.
They are contracted to review & adjudicate your claim. They also have to do work orders, meaning to say, get someone to go out to your residence and look at the damages. It takes time. If you submit your claim today, there are OTHER CLAIMS that are BEFORE YOURS!!! So wait in line like everyone else. Full Value Replacement DOES NOT MEAN you get brand new stuff. That's why the adjusters determine what to offer. So to all the WHINERS out there, wait for it!!:-)

Dear Heads Up,

I have been waiting for six months for a freakin adjuster. These movers did $16,000 worth of damage to my things. I've been sitting on a grease covered and torn sofa since July because these idiots can't figure out how to call a repair person and to come out and looke at our stuff. I can't get rid of it until they come.

No one would mind if these yahoos would return a phone call or an email once in awhile.

Now if you'd like to just pay me for my damages and trouble and you can deal with them instead, be my guest.
