Police ask help in finding Russell Gardens man

According to detectives, Keith Siegel, 47, of Melbourne Road in Russell Gardens , is described as a white male, 5-feet-7 and 185 to 200 pounds, with brown eyes, short gray wavy hair, wearing glasses and a blue bicycle helmet.
