Police arrest 110 in York County retail theft ring, 48 tied to Hanover

West York Police have made 111 arrests related to a theft ring they said is responsible for stealing more than $750,000 in merchandise.

You idiot! They had employment and now the police took it away.

Do you really think there are jobs out there? Check you daily paper idiot. There are none. When you get old and you have a felony conviction on your record, NO one will hire you.

So...you got to sell drugs, azz, or steal from the people that work.

With the way taxes are, lots of older people will be selling drugs too. Opps...they already do sell prescription drugs....

You're obviously dumb as a box of rocks. First of all, hardly any employers spend money to advertise jobs in newspapers anymore, most open positions are posted on-line now. Secondly, I lived in Johnstown back in the 1980's when we had the nation's highest unemployment rate (over 20%) and I could still always find a job. Lastly, what you're talking about has nothing to do with jobs or the economy, it has only to do with America's steep moral decline. We need to start doing like Saudi Arabia and sentence criminals to both jail time and harsh lashings. Seems to keep their society's bottom feeders from reoffending and would likely work well here as well.
