Another guy whose problem seems to come from having genitalia. Perhaps if he can't "handle" them responsibly, maybe they should be removed.

Sounds like the guy has a problem, but it sounds like the Mills has a bigger problem keeping track of it's keys!

I may not be a paid detective but I did stay at a holiday inn last night. He admitted everything else but denied stealing from an apartment with no forced entry despite having 20 sets of master keys. Hmmm.

The man probably has some weird sexual fetish, but I'm willing to bet he has some kinda of mental disorder...

He didn't harm anyone or injure anyone... normally, I'd throw the book at someone, but my gut just tells me this man needs actual HELP rather then cold jail time.

well.... who doesnt honestly? What this guy did wrong was to act out and do things that are generally disgusting. No, he does need jail time. What he did was incompatible with society and no one should have to see it. If he just needs "help" you are admitting that it is a medical/psych issue and that he isnt wrong, but rather needs understanding and cousneling. This approach has failed over the past 30 years. This is a criminal pattern and not a deviant pattern where the guy KNOWS that he was doing something wrong. The problem is that he cannot come to terms that what he did was wrong. The last thing we need is a judge and doctor telling this guy that he just needs to act out his "fantasies" in another way. Instead he needs to obtain some insight on what is right and what is wrong and that he cannot do certain things because they "feel good" because he has a hormone imballance or strange traumatic event causing his actions.

If the guy wants to run around his house spanking himself covered in dog food wearing nothing but pantyhose and lipstick, then so be it. But the second he acts outside of the home or involves anyone unwilling, then he is a threat of becoming consumed by his perversions and will be soon demanding that IT PUTS THE LOTION ON THE DOG OR IT GETS THE WHIP!

This is one very disturbed pervert and poses a serious threat to society.

CASTRATE him immediately and put him in a Vaudeville Show touring Europe.

I live at Velvet Mill and let me tell you, the leasing office went out of their way NOT TO TELL ANY OF THEIR TENANTS ABOUT THIS. The police apparently found keys to apartments in the building but the landlords had and have no intention of changing the locks even though this is a serious breach of people's security. Someone posted the news story in the building and the leasing office took them down within the hour. They should be charged with risk of endangerment to their tenants and lose their ability to rent, IMHO.
