Oh stop! The later makes sense and is humorous as well.

Let me take a moment to explain. Usually folks with ADD have one thing in common, that is the fact that they are easy to distract. They do a great deal of "day dreaming" and are unfocused. Well now with my little inservice in place, hopefully you don't have ADD and could stay focused long enough to finish reading this and find the humor. Then again if you have to explain this, the wit and humor are, ooooo look a ice cream truck!

That being said, I believe there should be a line that you can report abuse to. How many times do you see someone exit their car and RUNNING to the store?

Of course I don't know whether they have a handicap that is not easily seen, but if they aren't they one with the handicap they shouldn't be parking there!

Get your lazy ass in gear and walk!!

......thats no bluejay, my goodness it's a, you know one of those.......

All right a little humor in a situation with no humor. I said it before and will say it again.

Cancel ALL present handicapped stickers in 60 days. Re-design the system adding a picture ID. Require police departments to enforce the law, and that includes those drivers who, for one reason or another, simply have to use the handicapped space for justamomentwhileIrunintotheliq uorstore/drugstore/postoffice.

If a person has a disability requiring a handicapped sticker should we require them to take a "test" indicating the level of their handicapped

"Oh, you have a disability rating of 7, you can walk 135 feet. Handicapped areas are denoted by color, red for up front, orange for mid range, and green for the back of the pack. You must park in the orange designated areas."

I confess, those who park in handicapped areas illegally may be more "handicapped" than those with a right to park there.

My husband has a handicap place card. But to look at his I suppose you might consider him one of those "fat lazy people".However an inherited heart condition is hard to see even by a trained eye. As is the muscle damange caused by the work related accident that crushed his foot. But I do agree that there is abuse out there of these place cards. Because there are many times that he can't find a handicap parking place because of the youngsters that are only parking there for a moment.

We need to do away with handicap spots all together. I personally know of someone that abuses their 'right' to a spot everyday by parking in a spot in front of our work. The handicap laws have put a huge burden on the taxpayers (you know, the ones that actually work for a living). For instance here in Farmington, we need to pony up another 3 million to update our Barney library to be more 'handicapped accessible'. this is obnoxious and ridiculous. D

New Flash!!! Handicapped people work 40 hours and also pay taxes, even in Farmington.
Big deal you know one person, if it bothers you so much, why don't you just man up and reported the jerk, instead painting all users of tags. Maybe it's easier to just whine and complain.

Cowards and whinner make me sick
