that's right, it's in this weeks paper that Jackson energy has asked the public service commission to allow another rate increase. I told you guys we would be paying for that office overhaul in Garrard.

does ku make their customers drive to the nearest office to sing a contract just to carry a past due from the 19 until the first? I was in Jackson energy's Garrard office back on the 19th and they was a line of prople just signing contracts saying they would pay the bill in full on the first of the month.

No k.u just cut you of if you don't pay bill on time and then charge you a re-hook up fee to get it turned back on.

Well if you pay your bill on time, like you are suppose to, you don't have to worry about it.

I am all for the rate increase to convert over to natural gas because it's a lot cleaner than COAL.

Guess mrs happy don't care for high bills, wonder if she even knows what is emitted when natural gas is used. If she so rich let her pay other peoples bills that are on fixed income or does Obama pay her bills.

Am not on a fixed income, I just know lot of people who are and they are hurting. They worked all their lives and you not got enough sense to know that higher bills hurt them. They not like these sorry low life that government pays their bills. I work and I know how costly things are and going to natural gas by electric companies just because the fools people electric cry global warming show the ignorance of people. if they had any common sense they know man may scar, dirty and abuse earth they have no affects on the weather. If it get warmer it because it summer, just like back in the 80"s these same fools was crying about an ice age, it gets cold in the winter. Like I said you must get Obama to pay your bills so you could careless how high they are.
