Every time I've went I had to wait a very long time (a little over an hour) just to get a puppy shots and wormer. As far as work goes, I guess they're OK, but the wait and bad odor aren't good.
I like them

They are very good people, a little slow and overworked, but very caring. They definitly need another vet,and more help at the front desk.I don't have a good sense of smell, so the odor don't bother me. Besides it is an animal hospital!

well i don't care much for them. i quit going to dr.massey before he left gray hawk. but ever since all those dogs were found in jackson county and he didn't offer to help when there was only one vet and she was working around the clock almost every single day. he didn't call to see if we needed help or anything. there was plenty of volunteers but there needed to be another vet there to help.if there was maybe some of the puppies would still be alive. so after that it just added to my reasons to not go to him anymore

Let me tell you something, Dr. Massey has all and more than he can handle with his own practice. He can't be twelve places at once. This is the whole problem now, why we have to wait so long to see him, etc....He is very compassinate and caring. He does need a few minutes with his family every now and then.

well what about that vet. dosn't she need time with her family. while he was still getting his patients she lost most of hers! stupidity does talk. it just shows that some people can get mad at others opions. and what about the volunteers and the workers they spent almost all their time with the vet just trying to save as many dogs as they could.maybe if you was there you might understand what i am saying.

I know that it was a very bad time for everyone. I was very upset that the animals were found in that condition. I also think what everyone did to help was wonderful. I was just trying to say that Dr Massey is not a bad person, just overworked.God bless you for all that you did for those poor animals. God will bless you for it.

I know everyone else is basically putting that they are good, but honestly, I do not think they are good vets. I brought one of my pets up there that had been hurt really bad, and they had to put a pin in it to re-adjust its bone, and they left a sharp end that cut it, and it couldn't even eat because every time it would, it would bleed all over, seriously, horrible. So, we then took it to a vet in London, and they said,"normally when we do a procedure like this, we don't leave sharp ends to cut the animal."
So, I do not think they are good vets, nor do I request you go to them. Its better to wait a drive to London that get bad quality here in Manchester.
