they were hunting turkeys and was on private property and stumbled upon a meth lab. Two were shot and one got away they flew one out to uk that had been hit in the face. Brian griffin was shot and killed this morning while turkey hunting. Jason Roberts was also hit in the face and was flown out. What a sad world we live in!!!

I don't know what happened but a meth lab is a very good possibility. People will hide on other peoples land (private property or not) people don't care. Anyway I hope that law enforcement can for once get on the ball and catch this crazy mad man who done this and make him pay. These young men, turkey hunting weren't bothering a thing yet some crazy person shows up and ruins the lives of many. This just outrages me. May God be with these men and their families, my prayers are with all involved.

Officials with the Kentucky State Police have confirmed one of the men injured in the shooting, has now died.

Police say that Brian Griffin, 28 of Clay County, died following shooting.

__________

What police call a hunting accident led to two men being airlifted from Clay County early Thursday morning.

Three men were hunting in a group when two of them were shot by an unknown man, according to Clay County Sheriff Kevin Johnson.

The third man in that group called for help, Johnson said.

Kentucky State Police and Kentucky Fish and Wildlife officials continue to investigate in the woods where the accident happened.

Folks around here are getting too tore up about their personal rights. Gun rights, property rights, etc.

If these young men were on private property then perhaps there is some discussion to be had. Did they see who shot them? Did they talk to the person? Did they point guns at the person?

If they were not on private property or were shot because of something to do with drugs then I think justice should be swift and without mercy. I know Brian and he was a class A person. I couldn't ever see him hurting or bothering an innocent person. I hope the whole truth about this comes out quick.

Shoot one guy three times and another in the face and call it an accident. Clay County Justice.

Anyway, they have the shooter so I'm sure more news is to come.

Excuse me...you don't have the right to shoot someone on private property just for the sake of them being there. Now, hopefully they really do have someone in custody already. But, maybe when the other guy comes around he can offer some insight to what really happened. Face and chest shots an accident my a $$

Private property or not, I'm sure these men had permission to be on the land. This world we live in isn't safe and is just flat out sad. I truly feel deeply sorry for these families. A story like this touches the hearts of many. Whether you know them or not. My thoughts and prayers are with the families.
And we all need to pray long and hard for this sad, sad world we live in.

It says on Manchester enterprise that it was a single shotgun blast that hit them not multiple, you need to get your facts before you run your mouth off.

u need to get your facts straight. One was shot three times in the face. One bullet would do that to one person let on another.

I hope that these young men were not shot because they were on somebody's land.I don't care if it was private land.I hope this is not the case. That is stupid to shoot someone over.I am assuming there is more to the story than what we know.I am hoping it was just an accident.I hope people are not crazy enough to shoot someone because they wer hunting and wondered onto private land.Just a sorry lame of an excuse to kill someone over.
