I would like to see Ky pushing for Cannabis legalization the way other states are. Tennessee has a NORML chapter, do we? No!! We should be part of the movement for decriminalization and legalization. Who's with me?

When we finally elect some people into office that dont let greed drive their decisions we may actually have legal weed in ky.
As long as America has the agenda of putting people in prison so the rich can get richer marijuana will not be legal in ky.
Why put some serial killer in prison when they can put a nonviolent pot grower in there? It makes perfect sense to the politicians that own stock in UNICOR. Why have violent inmates when you can more easily have nonviolent inmates. The sentencing guidelines used by the federal governments justice dept. are nothing but a means to put nonviolent offenders in prison for very long sentences just so the stock holders in unicor can make a few million from their labor while they are incarcerated. It sucks but its true.
When the prison for profit mentality comes to an end in America you will see the prisons sitting empty except for the violent offenders they were intended for. Most of our current politicians should have a permanent bed in one of those hellholes.
As far as legal marijuana is concerned, that time is coming and its coming soon all across America.

I can relate to what your saying. Legal Marijuana will have to be regulated. The same laws that apply to alcohol would probably be the best route.
But people dont get strung out on pot. That is a myth at best.
However people that dont smoke it regularly do get impaired, especially with some of the more potent strains available. Those people should not be driving until the affects wear off.
Im all for equality across the board. If the crooked ass politicians we have running our country are going to allow the killer tobacco and alcohol to remain legal marijuana should be legal as well. Our current FDA officials should all be thrown in prison for mass murder for allowing tobacco to remain legal in America. That is the no 1 killer in America, Its also the obvious gateway drug everyone keeps talking about.
Which did our kids try first? Was it marijuana or was it a cigarette? A drink of booze? Or maybe even a cup of coffee? All of the above mentioned drugs are addictive except marijuana. And most of our elected officials still try to make us believe marijuana is the bad drug available in America. I have to wonder how many of those politicians earn profit from the prison industry. Go Figure

People do get strung out on pot. I've seen it and been around it! That's why they smoke it, becsuse of the way it makes them feel. You don't hear them say, "I like to smoke pot, because of the way it doesn't make me feel"! The majority of all hardcore drug users started out with pot, and liked the way it made them feel, than when the effects starts to wined down they look for harder drugs to keep the "feeling / euphoria ! You compare pot to cigarettes and coffee. Stated the lesser of the three for you is the pot, that you can't get addicted to. I don't know who you've been around that smoked pot, but when I was in college there were several people who smoked pot. And YES, it affected them. YES, it affected their actions. YES, it affected their judgement. YES, it affected their reflexes. They smoked it for the effect it had on them. I would rather meet someone drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes, than someone strung out on pot!

Weezy is poster child for potheads. He uses every excuse he can think of to justify his being a pothead. He want tell truth about pot, how its tar count is as high or higher then tobacco. He want tell you after years of use it has been proven pot kills of brain cells, can affect peoples kidneys, mens sexual drive and cause abnormality in babies of pregnant women. He jerks out so called studies by other potheads as proof, not ones done by medical and scientific groups over a period of years. I just love how he rattles out oh the first drug we all had was coffee, tobacco or alcohol, funny I know a gal she never drank, smoked and she became a pothead. I guess she inherited it from her parents being coffee drinkers or smokers.

Micro pecker has made his presence known again. Still posting misinformation I see.
If you would bother to actually tell the truth based on facts your posts would make sense.
So tell the truth please. Do most kids try a beer a cigarette a cup of coffee or a joint first?
Medical proof exists showing for a fact that the alcohol, tobacco and caffeine are all addictive drugs.
If I put a post on here telling people that micropecker was a poster child for stupidity in America Im pretty sure a lot of the people that read this stuff would agree wholeheartedly.

Calling me what women call you weezy (micro pecker) is funny. Poor old weezy wakes up every morning looks down and whines old pot want you make my micro pecker grow, I get high and I see it growing but when I come down its still the tiny little feller it has always been. Idiot I posted proof, the studies I talked about was done by w.h.o , colleges of advancement in medicine, and physicians for better treatment of life threaten diseases. All you can rattle out is you lie, kids drank beer, coffee, or smoke tobacco. If that's the case we be run over with alcoholics, caffeine freaks and nicotine babies, but instead we got drug problems not drinking and smoking addicts. You can talk all you want but facts are facts, smoking pot is as bad or worse then smoking tobacco, caffeine just keeps you awake.

You just proved my point dumbass. You do lie. Are you trying to tell us we dont have millions of people addicted to tobacco and alcohol?
Are you going to tell us it dont kill people?
Are you going to tell us tobacco users dont die a horrible death when those destroyed lungs cant get enough oxygen to sustain life?
Research into the effects of marijuana have been stymied in America for one reason only. The rich people that control the purse strings in America dont want the public to know the truth about what those plants really are good for.
That is a fact that anybody with their eyes open should be able to see.
Now would you mind telling us how many people die yearly from using marijuana? Im not talking about hard drugs, Im talking about a plant that is far better for humans than tobacco is. Well maybe not better in its true state but after the tobacco companies add their special brand of poison to it so it is more addictive it kills people.
I dont really give a hoot whether marijuana is legalized or not but if Americans want equality there should be a nationwide vote on whether tobacco should remain legal. I want that stinking shit done away with. Everyone selling or growing it should be charged with manslaughter at the very minimum if not charged with capitol murder on a grand scale. But I guess all your relatives that have died from tobacco use didnt change your views at all.
As far as a micro pecker is concerned unless you sneak around and watch me pee you will never know what size I am. One thing is for sure if you try to touch it one of us is going to get an asswhipping unless your female.

I'm all for legalizing pot....it's natural, it grows in the wild, and has been here for centuries...I think I would trust it before I trusted the chemicals in cigarettes any day....When the time comes....I'll be voting to legalize.

Hey, my name is Em and I live in Kentucky. As a young adult the lives in a highly populated city and is equipped with fresh knowledge and a new outlook on life, I would love to to see marijuana legalized in Kentucky. In fact, I run an Instagram page ALL about the legalization of marijuana in KY. For those of you who complain about lack of funds in other areas of our government, have you considered the fact that marijuana could be KY's #1 cash crop? And not to mention it's considerable medical benefits. Definitely something to think About.

One thing is certain. Legal weed is coming to America. It dont matter how many nonbelievers thump their chest and howl like a monkey its going to happen.
Maybe you will die from using tobacco before it becomes legal. That way you wont have to suffer the embarrassment of knowing you were spreading lies that caused a few innocent children to start using tobacco which is going to kill them sooner or later if they continue.
Your momma would be so proud of you.

Big Problem are those students adults?
If so and its legal there Im sure those students would wonder what business of yours could their actions possibly be.
Im pretty sure you used to be a student too just like most other americans.
Why arent you posting info about students smoking the killer tobacco?
In case you didnt know tobacco really does kill people.
People that believe its OK for tobacco to be grown and sold but think pot should remain illegal really should do some soul searching cause their thinking cap is on backwards or something.
Doesnt really matter to me whether pot becomes legal or not but the people keeping in illegal are keeping the drug cartels in business. From the looks of things business is booming for them. Thanks to the shameful neverending war on drugs.

You're full of $hit. Alcohol is the gateway drug and also the most harmful drug on the planet. But while politicians and governments get rich off of booze, they can not figure out a way to tax what you could grow in your own back yard.
Off course people get a buzz for a few hours after burning one. Then if they're on the road, which they shouldn't be, but if they are they will be driving 40 in a 55 instead of 90 in a 55 like a drunk does. Also, instead of beating the crap out of their wife or girlfriend like a drunk does they'll be laughing and eating potato chips with her.
25 years ago the company I work for instituted random drug testing. Immediately myself and a hundred or so of my young coworkers quit cold turkey because we had one of the best jobs within a hundred miles. Since then I have seen many coworkers families, careers, and health destroyed by alcohol. Did I mention alcohol is a gateway drug?
