Try to tell a fundamentalist that Genesis is a pipe dream or a fungus hallucination and you'll get just as far with them as I have. I haven't found one yet who's willing to even consider a meteor impact as a cause for the flood myth. In what passes for their minds, it's got to be "God did it with magic."
