Let me give you a little insight...I've experienced toothaches that were worse, everything considered.
(and as far as talking snakes...what I was implying, once again-we just realllly don't know, given that fungus like mushroooms, HAS probably been around 6000 years.)
I suppose it's a matter of perspective. You can have a toothache fixed in an hour at the dentist. That's a whole different kind of malady than self-DUHception and actively CULTivating DUHlusions in the name of God.
Try to tell a fundamentalist that Genesis is a pipe dream or a fungus hallucination and you'll get just as far with them as I have. I haven't found one yet who's willing to even consider a meteor impact as a cause for the flood myth. In what passes for their minds, it's got to be "God did it with magic."
(and what we realllly do know about biology, geology and astrophysics dispels the writings of ancient rabbis.)

Yours?
No, but it had a cousin from Buffalo at the Apopka Walmart a couple weeks ago. Probably going to get new glasses and a Viagra refill. Don't know why he didn't go to the Walmart in Winter Garden.

No, I'm not concerned, either. "Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent" could have been written specifically for the heralds of religion. I'm not even sure he's still allowed to drive a real car. I'm rather surprised that he does't live in The Villages, where the golf carts line up at happy hour like kernels on a cob. It was just the point that he crows about SP (who did go waay overboard), yet he advocates physical abuse and apparently still sees nothing wrong with it.

Might I recommend the Windsor Rose? I'm not a fan of English food, but he (and the general public) might be safer with a mug of Earl Gray than a cup of Guinness. Oh, and another thing - make sure it's not December. Lights of Lake will be far too much stimulation for his.. condition.

...let's point out some religious characters:

1)Tony Alamo - Headed a Santa Clarita commune. Convicted of tax evasion in 1994 and then resided in a halfway house in Texarkana
In 2009, he was convicted of ten federal counts of taking minors across state lines for sex, and sentenced to 150 years in federal prison.

2) Shoko Asahara - Founder of Aum Shinrikyo sentenced to death by hanging under Japanese law for involvement in the 1995 Sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway.

3) Wayne Bent (aka: Michael Travesser)- Founder of Lord Our Righteousness Church, sometimes called Strong City. Was convicted of one count of criminal sexual contact of a minor and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor in 2008. Was sentenced to 18 years with eight years suspended.

4) Graham Capill - former leader of Christian Heritage New Zealand. Sentenced to nine-year imprisonment term in 2005 after multiple charges of child sexual abuse against girls younger than twelve.

5) Matthew F. Hale - Former leader of Creativity Movement sentenced to a 40-year prison term for soliciting an undercover FBI informant to kill a federal judge.

6) Warren Jeffs - Once President of Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (a polygamist Mormon sect), convicted of rape as an accomplice (overturned in 2010). Jeffs also awaits trial in other states and in the federal court system.

7) Jung Myung Seok - South Korean religious sect leader and founder of Providence. Convicted for raping several of his followers.

8) William Kamm - An Australian religious sect leader and self-styled Pope Peter II who was sentenced to prison in October 2005 for a string of sexual attacks on a 15-year-old girl. In August 2007 his sentence was increased after being found guilty for a series of sexual abuses against another teenage girl over a five-year period.

9) Ervil LeBaron - Led a small sect of polygamous Mormon fundamentalists, and was convicted of involvement in the murder of two people and plotting to kill another person in 1981.

10) Alice Lenshina - Zambian head and founder of the Lumpa Church. Conflicts with the government over the sect's rejection of taxes led to a violent confrontation and her subsequent imprisonment.

11) Jeffrey Lundgren - Headed splinter group from Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, executed October 24, 2006, for multiple murders.

12) Charles Manson - Leader of the Manson Family who is serving life for first degree murder in 2004 of multiple RICO, child molestation, and financial reporting charges and sentenced to 135 years in prison.

Do you need more than your fingers and toes to count them?
How many brain cells does it take to understand human language and type? Of course you are just being a childish smartass in order to divert from the blatant lie you just told.

But many books can do the same without breaching the wall of separation between church and state.
Study the bible all you wish. Read Deuteronomy and see how the god demands you kill non believers like myself that try to sway you from your god.
Not the sort of character I wish the school system to produce.

There you have it, folks - another example of how religion makes people do obscene things in the name of holiness.
YaA has admitted he would kill his own kids if he believed this is the wish of his god.
Yet Sista is somehow convinced YaA's faith is harmless and thus we should be quite and just let him believe whatever he wishes to believe without opposition.

What did I say that was moronic? Why do Christians keep making claims with zero evidence to back up said claim?

Why? Because Deuteronomy demands you to do it. You must kill me to please your god, or at least this is what the bible says.
Now if you wish to defy the very direct order of god, great.

While on the subject of diversions. Seems to me that the topic we were discussing is;
Who or what is responsjble for the creation of Life and the Universe?

I have stated my beliefs on the subject.
None of you have had the courage or intellect to express your opinion and the reasons you would believe those opinions to be accurate.
I have even given all of you the opportunity to express your opinions on the theory expressed Stephen Hawkins , NO ONE HAS TAKEN UP THE CHALLENGE.
Now you wanna discuss monikers...That is irrelevant and immaterial to the topic in question.,

Sounds like a loose cannon with a short fuse, to me - and you do realize that he's only an hour from WitW's doorstep, don't you?
I hope some Christian apologist's here will see the "love your enemies" is a meaningless phrase thrown about in order to portray a false perception of a peaceful religion.
